Def: It is a clinical condition characterised by failure of extension of wrist joint due to paralysis of radial nerve immediate above of elbow joint. * Beacause radial nerve supply all the extensor muscle of forearm & hand. *Cause: i) Displacement of humerus. ii) Fall on the arm. iii) Fracture of the proximal end of humerus.
